I think it's just Kaido. Oda has already pulled all his cards when it comes to the calamities and Zoro–Sanji, if the clamatiais had awakening I think Oda wouldn't go all in with Zoro and Sanji + revealing King's true face with Queen's secret abilities. The only character that still has things to be revealed about him is Kaido, especially when we've never seen a mythical zoan awakening before.

You seem to be confused about something, Sanji and Inu didnt bypass the durability of Queen and Jack, they overpowered them.

What Killer dd to Kaido is whats we can call bypassing, what Sanji did was simple power above what Queen could take
