The ability to send haki out the sword/body is advanced clown. Which zoro could already do.

The user has to be strong as well.

it is logic because those commanders will never be a yonkou level , they are mere subordinates, while Luffy was always someone who has the inate power to be the PK, learning the basic is most difficult one Rayleigh saw it necessary the he learn the basic , he knew that Luffy will master it himself , otherwise he could have taught him advanced haki

Mate Ryou is just Wano's name for Haki, you van check in this for yourself in chapter 939 page 15.
Ryou does not mean advanced haki.

I already explained few times that ryuo is equated to haki just like how all types of haki - CoO, FS, CoC, CoA are generally called haki.

Wano is land of samurais so for them ryuo means haki but it clearly builds on basic armament haki usage - to hit logia and coat body parts as it allows user to project his armaments haki into swords to make them black. For Luffy, it means to create barrier and even destroy object from within to break Kaido scales

Queen and Jack were never going to be haki masters lol even kaido himself will just have great haki not advanced form (it will make him too OP to beat if he has advanced form)

But as Dizzy also said it might come with a cost, I don't think that Zoro can use the blade's true power for an extended period of time as it might drains his energy and haki just like G4.

That's obvious. That's why Zoro need to fight more to have mastery over it so that he can control it and extend its usage.

And the more he does, better chance he will get to make blade black.
