And, enma also gives boost to Zoro boat which itself is observation haki.

Also, don't forget that Zoro has good reaction speed and attack speed

Zoro has good reaction and attack speed but as shown several times his is not perfect and less developped than Luffy and Sanji's ones as shown with his confrontation with Hawkins and Kamazou and his Coo is not very developped compared to his fellow M3's one. I can perfectly see him struggling against an opponent whose main strenghts are speed and agility.

What good is Enma if the wielder is not adept in using CoA?

It draws out the users Haki and creates larger slashes as we have just seen. It has it's own will that coincides with the wielders own Haki.

Kaido+BigMom+Orochi Force is too much. That will play a big role for the incoming act. Finally with Act2 end, we can move on to reviere and seeing what gonna happend their. In my opinion the Navy is definitly needed here in Onigashima,otherwise the Alliance taking a big big L. Or the Navy come to the second war(2a another weeks later) when the first war totally go into a disaster for the strawhats.
