enma puts zoro attack power and DC on G4 level. even luffy needed a draw back for G4

to be honest having 30000 is not the big problem , Luffy using CoC haki should to take the majority of them , but BM and Kaido should be able to take Luffy's side as well or only those who are specialized in CoC are able to control their CoC to take people that way.
Doffy used it in PH but there were only a few soldiers. if that is how it is it would explain why neither WB neither Sengoku have used it in MF.

Sanji can already fly and move at top speed to make him invsibile to the eye but the raid suit makes it easier for him to do it

Zoro can already cut a coast but the enma makes it easier for him to do it


these are not power up they are just helpful tools unlike luffy who got the true power up through extreme diff fights.

I expect sanji and zoro to unlock something in their fights
