On the other hand Kidd is taking on someone equal to Kaido (actually stronger now) who was much less injured in the rooftop and with one support only (Law)
He took no breaks and received indirect damage from outside fights too
But he still not KO

Kid >>luffy. Kid was pretty much equal to luffy in prison with only one arm. He carried the same amount of rocks with one of his arms and endured months of hardship while luffy was about to get broken in just a few hours.
