Zoro asked for it, Bege isn't big mom. Sanji and Zeff fed Gin and Don Krieg knowing the consequences to it this isn't something new

Sanji was such a bitch ass in WCI. Literally gave second hand muddied food which was intended for Pudding to Luffy. Was romancing Pudding and saying you are my redemption shit like this when Luffy was tearing his hands. Kicked Luffy in the face with no consequence. Whole arc was him being a bitch and feeling bad about himself.

zoro didn't ask for it, sanji threatened to do it, and Zoro said he could take it. He didn't ask for anything. But even if he did that doesn't make what sanji did any better.
What happened to his moral code of not spoiling food? huh?

On the contrary everything related to Germa made me find more interest in him and gave his cooking skill some kind of major moment, good for him, would have liked for him to get some kind of decent 1v1 though. Made me feel like I can understand why he is the way he is even if I don’t like how he carries himself, at least there’s reason.

Then Oda decides to mirror that by making Luffy eat it this time. Sanji had prepared something for Pudding, but, without thinking about it, he ended up cooking the favorite meals of the SH's. In the end Luffy finds it delicious because he really values Sanji's food prepared with love and care for his crewmates.

It is supposed to highlight Luffy and the SH's as the same beacon of hope for Sanji's dark predicament as his mother once was.
