My point is that presumably you would change the name to hide the ''real'' ability so users wouldn't guess it and the new name would be common knowledge but that wouldn't work with Wano citizens since they wouldn't know the changed name. Now checking I see the name was revealed in Vivre card and not said by Tama so perhaps it could still work but the name given was kibi kibi which doesn't seem special or something the user wouldn't name it themselves.

the Highest part of skypiea is 15 km above sea floor

Zunisha is 10 kilometers Taller than Skypiea
