Kaido/luffy/law/BM etc etc there DFs are well-known so that for most eliminates them

Remember, Kaido is termed the "King of the Beasts" in his introduction card - literal portrayal that his Zoan is at the top of the entire Zoan class and he is the strongest Zoan user.
Also, the WG wanted to recreate his DF so badly that they decided to experiment on him and Vegapunk made another DF. Also the CP0 agent explicitly say that it is a good thing that the artificial DF they created after extracting Kaido's bloodline elements is a failure.
There is a lot of mystery and narrative surrounding the Dragon DF, especially in the Onigashima battle, so it may very well be that imo.

It is a mystery as to how that DF came to Kaido itself, with Big Mom saying that she gave it to Kaido on the day Rocks fell. Also she holds that as a great debt on him. Who knows how she got her hands on it, was it a fruit that Rocks used? Or was it the fruit that Rocks invaded God Valley for?

So imo most likely it is zunisha
there's a difference between serious things and things that you take seriously, for example:
exams are serious by nature so it's very hard to enjoy taking them
video games are fun by nature, you don't need to take them seriously, but you can if you want
there are characters who enjoy fighting, and there're character who fight because they need to, in my reading experience i can't recall seeing luffy having a fun fight against a villain, he always fights and gets stronger out of necessity, this is a first, it seems out of character, but it's not really that big of a deal to me.
