Katakuri is one of the few bad match-ups for Pica in the so-called commander tier which Pica rules.
While Katakuri isnt too impressive for commander standards, his logia-like body cant be harmed by stones.
However, I dont think he can beat Pica either.

Just like an Emperor, with the 3 commanders teaming up, it is hard to reach the Emperor.

Even though they are not as strong as a Yc2 or Yc1, they are strong and tricky. If Vergo is like a Yc3 tier, then Pica, Trebol and Diamante are close to that level, so they will be able to stop Katakuri for great amout of time.
