Yes, Judge. But it's not just about the history, it's more about the values.

And yes you CAN compare Big Mom and Kireg, they are the same, they wre feed the same still while being the biggest threat there is, they are the FIRST reason why Sanji suffered.. the SAME. But.. they a re not really linked to him in term of value. Yes, both used Sanji's kindness again him.. but that's all. The real antagonist came after.

In both those arc, the real character than has really been shakled by sanji's action are:

Gin and Judge.
The difference is that feeding Big Mom was portrayed as an overall good event. The goal was to knock her out. In Baratie, everyone told Sanji not to feed Krieg because he will just attack them if he gains his strength back, but he did it anyway because he believes it's right. But Krieg proved the people who doubted Sanji's values right, and Sanji acting on his belief was the catalyst for the entire arc. Big Mom never challenged Sanji's value of feeding the hungry, she reinforced it. Everyone in the alliance was on Sanji's side with the cake issue.

Like the fact that Krieg was feeded. Only the characters did not accept that, but Oda portrayed taht as an heroic stance.

Like you said, it was about Sanji staying true to himself, but not a clash of values. Only when Gin started to fight Sanji taht the arc shifted in a more dramatic tone.

Ok, i'll give you a challenge.

Give me ONE panel in the story after Zou hinting that Carrot would want to go back home.
You bring up an excellent point. That said, Carrot seems quite disconnected from the SHs on Wano. She seems that her priorities are Minktribe first and foremost and SH member as a low secondary priority.

Carrot is a lot like Luffy.. What Carrot cares about.. is only what she wants! She knew she had to fight in the war, but the thing is.. she saw a way to take revenge for Pedro.. so she went for it.. she is a bit like a free soul, maybe a bit egotistical at time. But I think that the moment she will see Nami again, she will go back to her. When Wanda is more like a overcaring mother to her, Nami is more like her big sis, if we add to that how she sees chopper and the strawhats.. it's not that hard to think that she will head up where she will feel the most at ease.

Carrot said she wanted to go on 'an' Adventure. Meaning one. Therefore she concluded once this adventure was done, she'd go back home.
Her adventure is not finished dude.. that's not a good argument at all. In fact, it's more an argument going in my favor lol

But isn't that going to cause issues with getting things done as a crew? She isn't the captain so she should be taking tasks as assigned not how she feels.

No shit her adventure isn't finished. But all Adventures come to an end, and guess what? Liberating Wano is the end. I don't see how you think this favors you.

Get her head back in the game and do what? Carrot already has nothing to do with the remaining plotlines left and she was pretty content after her's was wrapped up. If anything, Zunesha being here only cuts off any crack pot theories for Carrot to shine like taking out the WG ships or fighting the BMI pirates.
Yes, it's weird that she is content, that's what I'm getting at. She hasn't moved forward in anything, which is specifically what Pedro told her to do. He wanted to bring the dawn, which is a mission a lot bigger than Perospero's defeat, or even Kaido's, as he told Luffy before they started their WCI mission. He impressed its importance onto Carrot, and she's thought back on it more than once in this battle. If she hasn't put it all together yet, Zunesha just might help jog something. What she does from that point I can't imagine, but the chance is still there if Oda has her take it.

There is some lore coming for Carrot, I'm pretty sure of it
