You think Luffy used G3 with AdCoA in 1026 because black lightning aren't drawn ?
Neither when Yamato used Vajra arrow
And in both cases it's impossible they didn't used AdCoC they know pretty well that AdCoA is too shallow
Even more in Luffy's case because just before that G3 he used Snakeman with AdCoC
So why will he go back for weaker attack and without AdCoC ?

Oda just doesn't draw black lightnings everytime

Zoro's scar isn't small at all, it's only overlaid on the scar caused by Oden so it looks smaller than what it actually is.
And if you ask me anti Zoro pirates already know that, but they do this only to troll and bait a little bit

As you can see it starts from the exact intersection of the 2 lines of the old scar "X" and it spans up to Kaido's shoulder and that's a huge scar.

Don't let distract you from the fact that during the weekly release there could be many drawing errors and that Oda is highly inconsistent when it comes to sizes.

So while the old scar had the shape of the letter "X" now Kaido's scar looks like a sword.

For a comparision: if Zoro's scar wasn't overlaid on the Oden's scar it would look like this (more or less):

That's fucking impressive, but there is a reason why Oda chose to overlay Zoro's scar and that is that now Kaido's scar looks like a sword

Expecially when all considered that was a majorly nerfed Zoro, one weaker than Current Zoro and a Zoro who still seemingly provided more damage than Luffy did in the first rooftop round.

If zoro knew acoc why didn't he used in the begining in the fight against king

Same reason Luffy could use ID to destroy the Collars but couldn't use it in the following panels to block BM's punch
You need to figure it out and understand it and then you train to use it consistently or in Zoro's case you wait for Enma to awakens it

instead what zoro did was giving Kaido a sword Tattoo. The new scar on top of Oden's looks like a sword to me.
