2. Laws attack sending shockwaves towards her literally last for a moment. Kidds attacks were literally a moment. So your argument doesnt make sense. Now if law were continously damaging with the same attack nonstop with her having bow breaks to recuperate then you would have been correct.

First Kroom attack was weaker than the second Kroom attack. Only difference was that the second Kroom sword was larger and longer. So it supports the claim that the extension = more power

Yeah, you are probably right about that. However, it also is a big weakness for Law.
Since Kroom itself doesnt do damage but the shock does and this long charging time is leaving him open to attacks.
