That’s what I’m saying. This game would be complete bastard if he flipped death miller.

Do you understand? Fake WUs, especially in the case of death Millers are incredibly powerful and downright infuriating to resolve with numerous abilities flying around all the time. It’s possible to put up a counter to this, but relying on the counter with only an ability mechanism is a naive solution. Because if that person flips too deep into the game when the counter can no longer be applied, you’ve immediately put the side that has to figure this shit out at a disadvantage and it becomes extremely frustrating to do so.

Not to mention the very fact a counter can be applied by a player means that there are chances it can fail as well. In this regard, you’re putting the solution of the problem in the hands of luck rather than game balance.
