Is Wano one of the worst One Piece arcs?

Literally everybody I've seen whose started reading One Piece within the last couple years considers Wano to be the best arc of all, so far.

So once again, we have proof that One Piece is designed to be binged.

Calling the most recent arc the worst arc of all has been the consistent word out of people's mouths for as long as I've been caught up. Dressrosa and Wholecake were both declared to be the worst arcs of all time by about half of the fanbase when they were ongoing.

And why is wano the best arc? why is it proof that one piece is to be binged when it comes out week to week?

And why is wano the best arc?
Most people site the sense of scale it has, unseen since the paramount war...
The loving homage to Oda's home culture...
The multitude of issues it tries to address...
The incredible reveals it has for the world...
The many mysteries...
Oden...
The concept of Kaido himself...
why is it proof that one piece is to be binged when it comes out week to week?
I mean, did you even read my comment?
New readers, who have just binged through large swaths of Wano, almost universally adore it!

Of the 3, I've got to admit, dressrosa has always been my least favorite. It's the only one which has caused me to outright drop the manga for about half a year during serialization due to feeling bored with it.

I was okay with it, though I found it to be much too long and I was not okay with Rebecca's treatment at all.

I overall enjoyed Zou and WCI arc, up until the fall of the castle where everything began to go real south.

Same for Wano I enjoyed it until the raid of Onigashima where things went off rail storywise.

No. There is a LOT I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy in this arc. It's actually one of my favorite arcs, but I admit it's flawed.

Cons-
Too much focus on unnecessary or minor characters

Yamato's introduction was too sudden and the "I'm Oden" crap is annoying

Too much focus on the Prison-it could have been done much better as it was boring af. Kidd and Luffy interaction should have been much better.

O Lin (nuff said)

Queen was a buffoon and hardly intimidating

The Scabbards "deaths". I don't want them dead, but Oda Trolling it was too much. Enough already.

The Pro's-
The Rooftop 5

Zoro vs King

Roger, Whitebeard & crew flashback

Law & Kidd vs Big Meme

Monster Robin!

Law acknowledging he wants to learn the Will of D, someone needs to learn it and Laws the best candidate as he is one

Sanji destroying the Raid Suit. It was interesting, but I want him to use his own powers and strength

CP0 making their move

Overall, I'm enjoying Wano, though it has gone on way to long. Oda is unnecessarily dragging it out.

WCI is still the absolute worst arc to me.

The loving homage to Oda's home culture...
For me it was more of a parody.

That gives me bad suspicions if Oda sees it the same way. So will the next arc have 250 chapters and 80 new characters? And there are 20 new mysteries to add to the secrets and mysteries that haven't even been solved yet. "The silhouette of Luffy's mother is shown!!!!" "The newspaper says something about Shanks and everyone is shocked!!!" "Dragon tells something about the revolutionaries' secret weapon. What is it?"
It's okay when people like this arc that much, but objectively Wano is far from the best arc. Oda has made too many mistakes for that and failed to use existing potential. In Wano, quantity obviously trumps quality. For me personally, it's an arc full of disappointments and way too long, making it the worst arc.

I will never understand the "One Piece should be binge read argument".

One Piece is a weekly publication. If a weekly publication "shouldn't be read" on a weekly basis then it is flat out doing something wrong. It either needs to be entertaining on a weekly basis like plenty of other manga that do just that or it needs to rethink it's release schedule and publish monthly like Record of Ragnarok.

Also, binge reading won't fix pacing. Awful pacing is awful pacing regardless of binge reading or weekly reading. Besides, even if it did fix it, it doesn't change the fact that One Piece publishes weekly for it's audience thus the pacing should be suitable for that weekly audience.

Regardless, if One Piece has to be "binge read" to be enjoyable then that means it is clearly doing something wrong.

I agree with the fact that it has to be enjoyable even on a weekly basis, but still it's quite impressive how it's actually way more enjoyable when binge read.

Everyone hated dressrossa and complained about bad pacing but no one has problems with it now especially continuous readers , same will happen to wano
