if Izo was fresh, i could have have said X-Drake and Apo were just tired but Izo was so beaten up by Kaido and fought the whole time against too many fodders. still he defeated one of the CP0 , he just got my respect and i lost respect for X-Drake and Apo.

Way more sure now the Grim Reaper was just a metaphorical/hallucination of the insane damage Zoro is taking atm.

People seem to forget the page before, Chopper and Miyagi are talking about the side effects and are worried.

Zoro isn't in some magical Bleach world where he's getting healed. This is a consequence of his decision to take that drug.
