We know it was Izo plan to look for the double KO. So Izo went full offense 0 defense. Izo did good, really good, but this doesn't necessarily equal to him being stronger than Drake or Apoo. Especially when Izo fought the big one and not the boss like Drake.

And Drake seems to be up again.

So lets see but i can see Drake > Izo, Apoo too. But Izo is clearly strong and not far from them.
