the liberation/freedom/liberty DF to heal himself too , and he can free the smile user , who were ripped from their emotion , Germa as well , Sanji maybe too if it happened that the modification took his emotion as well, who knows he might wake up without any free will just like his brothers. really Oda gave Luffy the most powerful DF every and the counter to any other fruit as well. Luffy can now become what ever he wants , fire , lightning , magma , light , basically everything since his DF grant him the freedom of any limitation. that is why his G4 allows him to bend his attack at will.

Why is ppl saying that luffy being joyboy is a powerup? As far as i know, being joyboy does not give you any godly strength. The only power up he is getting is an awakening and that isnt new, many ppl too have it.
