Except he did push himself against Kamazou. Zoro already canonically pushed himself against Kaido and left a scar on him. If you still wanna talk about Kamazou's stab then you're essentially saying the damage from Hakai plus Kaido Thunder Bagua is less than his stab—good luck proving Luffy's little punches from WCI can deal more damage than Thunder Bagua, forget about Hakai. Or we can just approach this the realistic way and agree that even pre-TS Zoro endured worse attacks than Kamazou's way back in Arlong Park and kept on fighting. You won't be able to support your stance either way.
It just needs a stance to take. Let's not act like he needs to charge for an hour or something, it takes less than an instant:

Snakeman gives Luffy better speed on top of his already better CoO. The only people who've bested snakeman were katakuri, a CoO master, and kaido, who not only has FS but is also one of the fastest characters in one piece.
And on the topic of katakuri, Luffy is much stronger now than he was back then. Not merely due to his power ups.
