These specific leaked pictures are really really iffy, they came from a hack/leak and it was recommended to me from a provider that we axe'em and wait for the regular leaks in a day.

The leaks almost certainly come from people who are translating the manga. It's common for these to include specific tells as a security measure - for example slight changes between panels, different shading, characters removed etc. They can also embed hidden watermarks.
You should never ever post a literal screen grab and I would personally be very careful regards leaking anything without cross-referencing with other translators.
The later leaks I always assume come from scanlations, although they could well have been leaked from somewhere else in the chain (for example pre-loading of the CDNs etc).
