outside of yonko territory it was always about killing luffy, since very early on. the step to interfere on this level is what is the extraordinary thing they decided to only do after zunesha showed up. before it was "lets try to take out some targets in the chaos so no one notices." they even go after the guy who took pictures.

Ok, that I can understand. That's not a bad point.

I'm still not 100% convinced they knew everything though, because amongst themselves they cast doubt on the situation and even question why the WG would give the fruit a different name.

That implies they didnt know things before a certain point. It's even called "rumor" and "hearsay" in 1041.

I wonder if Luffy's awakening will have some kind of drawback.
Law and Kidd said their awakening pretty much left them without stamina (though Law didn't seem to care much lol) so maybe Luffy's awakening will give him impotence or something.

The question still remains though:

- Did they know Shanks stole the fruit from them? WsW did.

- Why do they talk so casually to Shanks if Luffy inherited that fruit and even his trademark strawhat from him?
