besides the cover story my seems pretty random but its not.. seems like Yonji and Niji are gonna get tested on.. this is integral coz it might put sanji on a whole different spectrum compared to his sibs if it turns out that Niji and Yonji have machine parts (like Queen alluded to) sanji might even be built different among folks thtat are built different.

ig taking whatever Queen said into consideration is key here.. oda might be using this as a way to prove what Queen said regarding Vinsmoke sibs being machines and now them getting "randomly" dissected doesn't seem like a coincidence..
sanji's flames having a different color and characterizations also eliminates Mera mera no mi theory for being the cause of sanji's flames..and unlike his siblings him being able to step em up.

It's the possible the DF like powers the Vinsmoke simblings have (Poison, Light, Lightning, Gears) are machine parts (Nanomachne if so) which is why Queen was able to mimick, but the other enhancements (Exoskeleton, Super strength, Regeneration) I believe are Lineage factor related.
As for Sanji's DJ, my guess is that it's related to either to some Lunarian ancestry or most likely Sora's drug.
