General & Others Ace’s Novel : Part 2

Makes sense especially the BM part. I've been thinking her durability haki related since the photo shit. But we will see. Problem is wit oda, no telling when that'll be smh...
its the only way to explain this

so we assumed her body is naturally tough
btu then this happened.

and she bled from her knee so its clearly something she has on when she's conscious (prob haki).
.

common thing here , hardness, no scratches , no nicks. another thing , while coa is finite, this hardness doesnt seem to be limited to the user's haki.

we also know luffy and kat channel adv coo differently (luffy through emotions). its not farfetched. special credits to @Rosella.Fiamingo .

Survivors Guilt
Quite literally on the first page of the thread, if you’re referring to the first part. Quite literally in the story, if you’re referring to the second.
Red Hair Shanks had several duels with Mihawk and every one of them have made the headlines. Furthermore, most of Shanks’ fame are from those duels. It is also said that he does not seek to become the PK
(Rivaille's note: to be clear, the sentence is: "When it comes to the héroic tales of Red Hair Shanks, what came to mind was/were his duel(s) withe the strongest swordman Mihawk". This seems to be more like Ace's thought).
Ummm.....where does it say Mihawk couldn’t handle upstart Shanks and left him behind....

Meanwhile Ace quotes about Roger and his hate rant about his pops. Imagine Roger in heaven listens this he probably would be proud of his son .

He was very much like Roger in personality entire world was enemy to him.

Shanks is the emperor that people have the most difficulty to locate
Shanks successfully infiltrate Mariejois
Shanks suddenly appeared in MF war

This dude have some over the top stealth skill
Nagi Nagi fruit perhaps?

We all know because he's in the Gorosei room most of the time "reporting" LOL
I mean, Mihawk was able to locate him easily though! Either a testament to Mihawk ability, OR WG told Mihawk where he can find Shanks LOL

Mihawk couldn’t handle an upstart Shanks, and Shanks became famous for it and then left Mihawk behind.

Whitebeard: Shanks is a name I haven't heard in a very long time... not many become legends but the days he duelled with Hawkeyes are still new to my ears.

Eiichiro Oda: Imagine Whitebeard, Shanks, Mihawk...

Vivre Card: Mihawk is awaiting the master swordsman that surpasses his rival Red-Hair.

Ace Novel: The first thing that sprang to Ace's mind was Shanks' days of duelling with Mihawk

Absolutely no one: Red-Haired Shanks, renowned throughout the globe as the man who humiliated the world's strongest swordsman

Perhaps the Anti-Zoro Novel, volume 1, the 'Blind Irrational Mihawk Hate Novella' or the limited edition 'Pure Swordsman (TM) Vivre Card'?

Shanks didn't want to help Ace because he is afraid he will be in trouble with Whitebeard lol
Why would he help in the first place? Ace didn’t came to seek his help nor would it be beneficial for him to help Ace, after all, Ace’s crew survived because WB deemed them too weak.
In the book, the reason is that since they showed respect to each other, Shanks’ crew can’t hurt or help Spade Pirates. Also Ace believed that Shanks would tell WB about him to get rid of the possibility of conflict between Emperors, as it would be a huge thing in the NW.

It takes a special level of delusion to take all the canon and non-canon info we've received thus far and interpret it as 'Shanks left Mihawk far behind at YC3 level where he belongs'.

I knew you would show up here haha
A lot later than I expected
:optimistic:

To put in context :

Deuces explained to WB that if Ace attacked him it is because he wanted fame and recognition. To that WB answered that if it is only fame and recognition that Ace seek why he tried to attack him specifically he could have attack a Shishibukai or another emperor like Shanks.
Now it's more apparent of the reasons why the World Government really trying hard to cover the loss of Crocodile and Moria.

Mihawk Reigns Supreme
I thought the Zoro novel proved what the WSS title is really about from the talks from fodder Marines.
Funny thing is, those fodder Marines put Shanks and Ryuma in the race with Zoro, Mihawk, and Vista. Not sure how random fodder Marines would specifically know about Ryuma (Zoro knowing about him in Thriller Bark makes more sense now), but a certain someone thinks that novel is the Gospel.
