Week after week he creates expections based on what they would prefer but refuses to learn the taste of of people he's providing spoilers to

Obviously it's not every single person or week

But it's enough to create / add to the negative vibes
If spoilers didn't exist
There would be less expections
And if the providers didn't bait with clues or half explained spoilers
People wouldn't react the way they do
