Asian dragons are sometimes known as serpents/sea serpents. He's the Azure Dragon Model so he transforms into the Azure Dragon, his model isn't fish, he doesn't turn into one.

Momo has the same df and he didn't turn into a fish.

I haven't ignored anything. Crushing Kaido's scales and breaking through them from the outside out is the most impressive way and requires the most force to damage Kaido, at least that's what i think or why is Oden's scar so legendary and was turned into a huge deal?

It's not like the kaidou team is strong enough, to be PK it doesn't necessarily have to be the strongest, he needs the help of several people for this feat, he needs, for example, someone to decipher the ROAD, Big Mom revealed a way to decipher them through the 3 eyes tribe, but kaidou so far hasn't shown it, besides of course, the one piece is just a secondary objective for kaidou, what he really wants is to break the world order and conquer the world, forming a pirate empire and the world of violence in which all that reigns is the law of the strongest.

About awakening, it makes sense that Luffy reaches his limit of body and mind before kaidou and awakens, kaidou needs to take longer for that to happen since we're talking about kaidou.

no one else can explain how Kaido gets defeated if he awakens. He barely looks like he's on his last legs rn anyway. How does it make any sense that he didn't go and try and get the poneglyphs and become the PK lol. Him being too powerful has made him boring

I think Kaido is a good man turned bad. We all will cry during his backstory maybe. I mean Kaido has the highest of the potential if he used his mind.
