2 years ago a lot of people were really believing that "OP will end in 5 years".

Ok guys, we're now 4 years into Wano (!) and there is still no end in sight.

We're 2 years removed from the statement above, so I guess that you really believe OP will end in 3 years aka ~100 chapters?

Let me whisper you something: With the current (snail) pacing OP will still go for 10 years (about 300-330 chapters) minimum and this is not an exagerration at all.

If you try to argue against it, try to remember where we were 300 chapters ago: Second half of Dressrosa.

The second half of Dressrosa, Zou, WCI and Wano made up 300 chapters.

Now we still have the last acts of Wano, Elbaf, Laugh Tale and the huge final war saga left.

If you compare those arcs with the ones mentioned above, you realize that the remaining number of chapters will be right in the ballpark of 300+, which equals 10 years.

There's no real way of knowing the next arcs. I think we're beginning volume 104 now? There are plenty of ways we can wrap up the series in seventeen volumes, even if Oda's pace has been a huge deal lately.

He's literally on his last legs. As is Kaido. If anything happens with Kaido and powering up or using a trump card, it's gonna happen with Luffy and in the next 1-5 chapters before he loses.

The other strawhats have nothing to do with this fight.

Yea, and they'd all end badly. There are 5x the number of extremely important characters, even more than Kaido/BM, that have yet to get their due diligence. You can't finish that in less than 20 volumes lol. If you slowly keep whittling down whose important and what is left before the Final War, then it's possible he finishes in 8-10 years, but I highly doubt it's finishing anytime soon.

Magu and Pika are extremely haxxed, but Akainu showed how durable he could be and he still managed to stalemate the Gura power although using his DF force too I admit 🧐

I mean, we are clearly approaching the end game. Oda can't just write arcs that don't bring us closer to Laughtale when, you know....Luffy has 3 RPs after Kaido loses

I think the miscommunication here is I don’t think Kaido can control his awakening. And even then, Luffy will get the final hit

I think if that fight continued it would probably have ended with upper mid difficulty

I would lol. There has been zero allusion to Luffy receiving any help or his crew going to help him fight Kaido at all.

They all had their battles and won, save for Usopp and Chopper who've had their minimal moments. Battle is ending very soon guys....be prepared for that.

Yes there's another plot hole
Raizo has indeed the sea water scroll the entire time
And he didn't used it inside the dome where most of the beast pirates if not all are DF eater.
But then again allies have many DF user too

9 shadows are just the scabbards. After Kanjuro betrayed them, it became 9 again. Those 9 attacked Kaido in chapter 986, that is the "9 shadows" moment.
