No but this arc is clearly building up Zoro especially acts 1 and 2. He’s never developed a relationship to the people of a country like he has done in Wano. Zoro as a leader of the Samurai is something Oda has been building up but I don’t think we will see the pay off until Act 4 or Final War

Firstly the explosion didnt encompss the entire vat. The were pieces of it melting and vapourising without being within the explosion.

Secondly you have zero proof the sword is steel. Iron swords exist within the OPverse

Thirdly a horn is made from bones. Who tf cares.

Tbh, I don't see how it is remotely comparable to Akainu's melting feat since, although the explosion didn't engulf the entire vat completely, it made clear contact to the remaining pieces.

The melting point starts at 1500°C at both iron and steel.
