Falling wouldnt kill her, as she was falling from Onigashima and said she wont die lol.

It obviously won't kill her, but Big Mom falling off a huge height is implied to be somewhat of a danger to her, even if it's just some injuries. Meanwhile base Kaido has no scratch from falling off a much higher height. Eating Kong Organ for breakfast without a scratch.

Kaido took damage from both of those.

(1) He had a concussion from falling.

(2) Kong Organ sobered up his drunk form. You need damage to do that as seen with ACoC Luffy and him complaining.
