I would like to know why though. Even as I character j don't like him. No offense it's just that. If I were to have a person around with luffy similar character I would avoid him at all cost. Again, you don't need to be fast if you can see the future. Nothing is deconfirming Rayleigh and Marco did not use FS during their clash with Kizaru. It makes more sense to believe that than anything else at this point

BTW you need to be fast to dodge faster attacks
Fs doesn't make you move faster than light or snakeman

at this point, he can become an engineer / cyborg, a fishman karate master and a skeleton

that's all he needs

he also took all the screen time from the Straw Hats in Post-TS
