I usually dont like anlgeshooting too much, especially not this early. Would rather go after those that posted som to meet requirements and thats it.

What's a Consigliere role

That's something like super GF. Usually there're 3 mafia teams (12 people). Once there're like 3-5 people left, Ariess often puts them all together and this consigliere role becomes their GF.
