Scums do far are dr doom, Magneto and his mutants (Pyro included), sinister 6 (goblin, electric dude and crocodile), vampires, mephistoteles (meaning there should be also Ghost Rider), Reapers (from Blade i believe). That's all I remember.

Only people outright dead are Arondight, who was Cyclops (Town) and DoctorIndigo who was Doctor Octopus (Sinister Six Scum). TAC, who was Carnage (Hostile Indie) was lynched Day 1, but he has merged with a Spiderman to make that role a Pro-Town Indie.
