A slash can cut stone and rock but not steel or something even harder than diamond
What jozu did is no different than Mr 1 taking a slash meant for luffy than being cut when mihawk actually attacked him

I don’t know if this was done before,but oden was one of the few people who could fight yonko kaido. And mihawk had numerous fights with yonko shanks.

Both can go toe to toe with a yonko. So do you think wins? Do you think mihawk is yonko level? Jozu a yonko commander could stop one of his powerful attacks meant for white beard

Mihawk. The black blade is supposed to be very very special, why would Oda not deliver on its strength? Here mihawk is the only person in the world currently who has one and people think Oda is just going to make it like any other sword? It’s more rare than acoc, it’s going to be very strong possibly the strongest power end game. making a name for himself simply means he started to become famous/recognized. He continues to reign as the strongest because no one has been able to match him since he became WSS.

Mihawk > Oden but none of what has been stated so far can be used to conclude he became WSS at 19
