Oda already fumbled Brook Chopper and Usopp in Wano. There is no way all the Straw Hats are getting development with another one in there

well, it’s quite easy to handle yamato’s development. it is sufficient to have her fight with someone and understand that in order to be helpful for the crew she has to be herself and not another person. evolving from oden to yamato is like the easiest plot driver for a character
