And ofc he has a reason to join WG. WG is after all the organization which rules the OP world and Wano needs to open its borders to the world. So they need to start establishing relations with the rest of the countries.

Even if Greenbull is coming, we likely won't see that much of his powers, this isn't turning in another full scale battle. Don't get me wrong even a glimpse of it/demonstration will be great but we likely won't see much more than that.
