She jumped on Baki for his play around Ekko which I agreed with. She was super cool to yeet Ekko without much question, possibly could have been his teammate with TMI but that may be reaching.
So there are some things I can say are a little scummy. I saw nothing that strikes me as “townie” about her.

What is working in Mango's favour is that he and I get on pretty well within the context of Mafia, and I'm quite certain he'd be happy to help me win if it came to it. He is not anti-indie. He and I get along outside of Mafia too, but I qualify it at that because Emi and I get along fine outside of Mafia as well, but within, at least with this game, her only stated positions puts her in direct conflict with my interests. If I'm speaking purely from personal motivations, then my choice is obvious, I'm inclined to see the expunction of each and every last player that will needlessly side against Indies because the longer they stay around the more direct control they have over the lynch. A lot of this will depend on Emi's eventual response to this, because if I can leverage some compromise by way of allowing me to do my thing without the threat of a lynch or actions against me, then this no longer needs to apply. If you ask me who I think has the better chance of flipping Scum, I would say Mango."
I am assuming Aries game could play role here because as I said I didn't do much D1.
Now, D1 my scum reads were - Ekko, Mango, Pot, Flowa and kagu
