I skimmed her 18 posts. Saw nothing that wasn’t mostly null (I haven’t played with her since Genshin btw). I see the indie comment she made you’ve brought up. Comes off a little fake.
"I broadly agree on this. It felt like a position that wasn't particularly natural given where it came in the thread. Indies were not even really a discussion point - why even ask to lynch them when it's Ekko with the wealth of evidence against him? Of curse, I'd be remiss if I didn't point out that even if I felt it wasn't at all Scummy, I'd still say it was Scummy here, given my alignment. While I'm at it - thank you for reminding me about Genshin. I recall Emi being responsible for my demise in that game."
She jumped on Baki for his play around Ekko which I agreed with. She was super cool to yeet Ekko without much question, possibly could have been his teammate with TMI but that may be reaching.
"I am not so sure about this angle. The willingness to lynch Ekko can be pretty easily reconciled from the events of last game. There are a few points in her favour, though.
1 - Emi has never been Scum. She was Anti-Town in Al's Joker Game, but didn't really play it, and that game is hardly admissable as a legit scum game anyway. So let's imagine she subs in to a Scum slot this round. I am inclined to believe her posts would be very safely-angled - asking for summaries, questioning what evidence there is, and so on. All posts that are unlikely to draw much attention. Plausibly could even just not post at all, perhaps. I'm not so sure I can see her subbing in, discussing Scum Buddy Ekko, and then fluffing around the thread. It's possible, but something to consider.
2 - Given point 1, does Scum Emi, having finally become Mafia, ask in thread to be Culted and talk about how she wants to be scum for once? Does her thoughts really go there, to be faked? I'm struggling to see it. I've said several times now that tonally I read her as Town, as she seemed mostly carefree in her entrance.
In terms of what is against her, personally speaking it's mostly Nana's rambling inconsistency when she and I were going back and forth. I generally like to disregard previous behaviour unless it's egregious when a new player subs in, but this is kind of on that borderline for me. Nana, as Scum, likes to position against Indies for some easy contribution."
