That's the point I was making. Yonko titles are never about the captain having top-tier strength. If you're decently strong and have enough resources, then you can be a Yonko even if you're not a top-tier while you can't be an admiral without being at a certain level of strength.

Unfortunately for Kid and Law they don't even have a powerful crew to back him up or territory. If they have Yonkos than Oda made things worse.
