Neither I, it would be very creepy and unlike Linlin's husbands Streusen isn't someone that she would discard.

Exactly, she in emotional arrested development, so she views spouses and children as tools to achieve her childish dream.

If he was one of the husbands she would have discarded him already like she did with Pound. Also, there's the obvious creep factor, so I don't think Oda will go there.

I first heard of this theory when Streusen's younger design was revealed during Linlin's flashback.
The resemblance of some features was striking. But again, I disagree with this theory. I think it's just Oda drew some features similarly.
