On the Jedi side, I think that Mace Windu's style is my favorite with his unique mastery of Vaapaad and his ability to channel his darker instincts and to use them to better his fighting without falling the dark side.

I will say this, If the original Idea of ROTJ where the ewoks were actually meant to be wookies was used then ROTJ would unquestionably be Number 1.
