Only a Witch can do that afaik since the game doesn't feature Coven roles. If you are saying the truth then the game has got both Witch and SK.

Would make sense to have 2 indies given how big the game is.

Investigative roles aren't just Watcher or Tracker, that would be very limitative. Imagine a 16 players game with no other roles. That's just an explanatory guide in fact.
