Because in this scenario, we know that JG is scum bcs Ekko said he didn't visit anyone and then flipped Town. You cannot use that to draw conclusions with whether Hime's action claims are true or not.

Whereas if JG flips town, you know for a fact that Ekko lied about not visiting anyone & once he flips (if he's not Redirect immune), that Hime lied about that Redirect.
