He’s a boring character that would not fit on the SH crew. He would better off in the Grand Fleet. Also, him escaping WCI is an insult to BM pirates that have already been way too humiliated.

Definitely true. The Sun Pirates have mastery of the sea, the Germa have superiority in the air. The BMP are stuck on their ships, all of their strongest fighters are DF users and none can move in the air farther than Daifuku's genie. Big Mom could go after the Germa with Zeus, but with Prometheus she's only able to chase as fast the Sunny can sail. Oven can mess with the Fishmen underwater, but he's been injured several times by that point and a mere Veteran isn't dominating Jinbe under the surface. Oven probably eats Jinbe's spear and the fishes swim away.
The weak link is the Germa 66 kingdom. Judge and his children can fly away just fine, but would they all abandon their home, their army, their technology, their glory, their history? They might be disposable depending on what view Judge takes. And Big Mom went to Wano way too early to be able to capitalize on Germa technology anyway, so it won't affect the current battle. The Germa were always the ones most at risk from the cliffhanger.
