The admirals are underlings. There are three militant organizations in the WG. CP; Marines; SSG

Law will fight CP leader
Luffy will fight Marine leader
Kid will fight SSG Leader

As much as law is stronger than sanji anyday of the week, the only reason law was on the roof was bc he’s a supernova, it wasn’t about strength. And even tho sanji has no chance of beating big mom law and kid couldn’t even defeat her properly and she wasn’t even using advanced conquerors against them💀

Kidd was already impressed when he used adv CoA, Law didn't understand adv Coc so how the fuck are they supposed to be close to him? Awakening? Nope he also awakened his df this arc.
Law and Kidd are lacking haki, something Zoro and Sanji are a lot better with because they trained for it during time skip.
So Zoro > Law > Sanji >= Kidd
