It consolidates roles and helps two key players plan better and discuss things. Whereas jailing independent players seems like a shot in the dark.

Who should we put pressure on in the day phase? Flowers' role still irks me that she pinpointed Kiwi and I. And I have good reason to trust Kiwi isn't scum. Likewise, if Homelander says she's innocent... Flowers is either godfather, who shows up as innocent when investigated, or Homelander was trying to clear Flowers' name.
