Yes. Plants vs Fire is a bad match for the green man. We also saw how in DR, Sabo can easily reissr Fujitora's gravity by turning into flames. Morley can also prevent them from getting crushed by gravity by making the ground soft and easily sinkable.

The Revos were tailor made to counter the admirals and ended up shitting on them both. Almost every top tier has gotten embarrassed in some way. The Admiral aren't safe from getting clowned either.
