yea that's kinda the point though
Their op video game characters in a realistic fantasy setting
The conflict of overlord was never based around power because it's not a shounen type anime, it's ultimately all character based with ainz trying to balance his overlord persona with who he actually would be
it's not like other isekai where the people just perfectly adapt to being in a fantasy world cause reasons, Ainz struggles with the persona that he created for himself

Albeldo is just thirsty for ainz given he reprogrammed her from being whoreish to loving him
it was a stupid joke as yggdrasil was ending and he didt think much of it, Little did he know they got transported to new world and their personalities became real so ainz was upset as he soiled his friend's creation
Zesshi wouldt want ainz because as you said, She wants a child with someone strong
If they were to team her up with someone from narzarick, I would imagine coctus given he's big and imposing something she would like given she likes strong men. Demiurge and mare are strong but they dont really have the physique of someone strong
None of the new world guys can defeat anyone from nazarick
Put this into perspective, Hamsuke is someone considered strong but by nazarick standards he's like as strong as a death knight
that's not even factoring into account how characters like demiurge's minion, evil lord wrath was strong enough to pretty much solo the kingdom
and he's utter fodder compared even alot of the battle maids
Zesshi is not strong by narzarick standards even the council in more recent episodes were like yea we can get outright solo'd by jaabaloth,socercer king and honyopenyoko

Did you not watch the fight, It was very clear that she won due to the circumstance of the fight what with her having vermin bane something that amounts to bug spray and what with entoma being a bug, it was super effective
that's like saying the black scripture beat shalltear cause they brainwashed her after they were forced to flee and had a member of their team, kaire killed

Evileye is higher level than most of the pleiades lol.
She can probably beat any of them in single combat.
It isnt just zesshi that guy who appeared with her in the episode is also said by the author himself to be stronger than solution.
Clementine also said that when it comes to just physical strength zesshi is stronger than ainz without his perfect warrior active.

and her crystal wall effortlessly broken
Also effortlessly dodged her giant spear attack
