Azazel is the one that surprised me the most. I thought he would have been saved for an Empire vs Slaanesh DLC. Something like Cult of Ulric/Valten vs Azazel.
Azazel definitely got a design upgrade compared to the old pics on the wiki where he looked either horrifying or just plain ugly. Now he actually looks like he can seduce folk which is good since seduction (of humans especially) is his speciality.

From what i saw, VC will be absolutely broken with the regen and buffs. I saw a video where Black Guard tanked Khorne Chosen for like several minutes while out healing damage

Biggest thing that is rumoured is that Wulfrik will be a horde nation that will have a ship like Vampire Coast, so he can sail around the world with ease
