Equal in title but rank, much less prowess? No way. Not all military generals have the same rank but have the same title. GB is obviously not Akainu level. GB runs from Shanks while Sakazuki at least stands in front of Shanks while wetting his pants in fear of Shanks.

If this chapter after being hit by Boro breath, Greenbull doesn't scream his lungs out like Kaido when Momo bit him, we can safely say

Aramaki >>>>> Kaido

Kaido screamed and took damage to Boro Breath.

If Aramaki doesnt scream and is unscathed then again he looks better than Kaido.
