Whether PO appears or not, it doesn't erase he didn't come back and stop terrorizing others ever since his fight with Sanji. He was defeated especially how dominated he was in the fight by Sanji. If they being like this, I guess Zoro fans want Kamazou vs Zoro rematch or Batman vs Zoro since he didn't take them out for good XD.

There's no "confirmation" of Page One being there ffs. They ask spoiler provider if Tobbi Roppo if they are all shown and he says "just legs".

That's the panel given, and we only see 3 legs. Even if there are 6 legs, they probably replaced his ass.

Because some Sanji fans were saying that Sanji beat him to a point that he would not come back( based on what Sanji said before he fight him).

I personally thought that Sanji beat him but that he would return and fight someone else. So I’m good with this development.

I guess we will know for sure what happens in a few weeks

He did. Explain why PO stop terrorizing and chasing him and others? He got defeated and you can't use your 'Drake took him out' theory' since IF he is shown, your headcannon is destroyed like that.
