I mean this as no offence btw but Oda's predictable with these stunts, Kaido's son not being at party could imply he's one hell of a sigh bloke, probably a fodder hence. He could be "Ace" without being strongest and nepotism birthright 🤷🏻‍♂️

This Arc has similarities with WCI, Kata was introduced during Tea party, Kaido's son is getting introduced during Fire festival.

Orochi was obvious for everyone not sucking on swords

He will be "not strong" but not necessarily weak, but his personality is what will make him a failure.

This arc keeps surprising us with its characters and possible matchups,the more we get into it..
I don't know,for some reason i'm starting to think even the battles and matchups are going to be alot different than what we think bar the 4 SN.
The rest may really not get to fight who we think they are going to,and 1vs 1 aren't going to be for everybody bar those who Oda is going to show the growth after training off-panel.
