He's still underrated though. The Germa powers really made me rank him as the strongest YC2. Jozu and all other WB commanders are one trick pony's.

On paper yes, but he didn't really impress me in the battle.
That said I never found any YC2 impressive so I guess Queen is the best by default

This is what I wanted, and Sanji clashing and overpowering mutant Queen as the climax of the fight
Instead we got this contrived stuff with the geisha, thdmouse and Queen forgetting his opponent as an end of the fight that felt really anticlimatic
I think Sanji vs Queen has some qualities for the character moments, but it easily had the potential to be much better.
